Depending on the level of service you need, Platinum Party Rental has you covered. From small, simple backyard gatherings to glittering, full installation weddings, we have the equipment and skill to make your event stand out.
Services we offer:
Will Call: Customer can pick up and return rentals to our warehouse /office facility in Fairfield, CA. Most of our rentals are available for no cost will call services. The size of your vehicle and order will determine if Will Call is right for you.
Delivery and Pick Up: We deliver! Delivery charges are based on the distance of the event location from our warehouse. They can range from $60 -$300, depending on the distance and size of order. All delivery charges quoted include delivery to event location, and pick up from event location.
Set and Strike Services: We can set up the basics of your event, such as tables, chairs, and linens. Let us do the heavy lifting while you fine tune your event the way you want to! Optional Set and Strike services are available for the following amount for equipment rented from us:

Having our wedding during Covid was rough. We had 2 venues cancel on us. Beth was with us every step of the way! Along with her awesome husband and staff! It was comforting to have such a sweet and genuine person to help us in such a vulnerable time and for such an intimate event such as our wedding.
Beth helped us as soon as we found her! She was hired as our wedding coordinator for the day of our wedding but helped us everyday before that! Everything was beautiful and exactly what my husband and I wanted. She truly has a gift for event planning and ensuring it's smooth sail. Our day wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for Beth.
We rented everything from her or through her connections, the drapery, the tables and chairs, the linen, the photo booth, all the little details that I just never thought about!
She is super nice and easy to talk to, her shop is huge! It's like a Walmart of wedding/baby shower/birthday decor!
I highly recommend this company and will continue to use it for upcoming important events.

Can you set up weddings or perform complete event production? Yes! Platinum Party Rental can provide the level of service you require in order to make your event a success.
What do I need to rent equipment from Platinum Party and Event Rental? We require a valid ID and a credit or debit card in order to provide rental services.
How long is the rental period?
Most rentals are for three days. For instance, if your party is on a Saturday or Sunday, you pick up or we deliver on Friday, and you return or we pick up on Monday. You are not paying "Per Day".
